Main duties of the Elevator Operator include managing receiving, storing, and unloading of soybeans from trucks.
The Rail Load out Operator is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient loading of soybean meal on railcars for transportation.
Norfolk Crush, a new state-of-the-art soybean crushing plant built in Madison County near Norfolk, NE, provides area farmers with additional market options by preparing products for use in rapidly growing global and national markets like renewable diesel. These value-added projects will enhance the agricultural sector of Northeast Nebraska and allow farmers, ranchers, and feeders to continue to feed and fuel the world. The facility will crush 38.5 million bushels of soybeans annually meeting the demand for protein and oil in the feed, food, and fuel markets. With modern technology, enhanced logistics, and efficiencies, we’re helping build northeast Nebraska, Madison County, and surrounding areas into the center of the global food and fuel supply chain.
