This is a full-time position: Monday through Thursday, 6:30am to 5:00pm.
Occasional evening work or travel to off-site locations may be required as job duties demand.
$6,181.12 – $6,494.04 per month with benefits available
Provide overall vision, strategic planning, direction and management while administering the maintenance and repair of the Stutsman County road and bridge systems. Responsible for planning, project design and construction, traffic engineering, development and execution of County policy and programs related to County highways and bridges.
Minimum experience and/or training requirements:
Two years post high school education in accounting, drafting, engineering sciences or related fields plus 5-7 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience at the time of hire. Knowledge of roadway management, effectively working with the public, supervisory background, budgeting, problem resolution and public administration is important. Must have a valid driver's license.
