Trailmanor, an RV manufacturer, is seeking a Full Time Production Scheduler

Duties include but are not limited to: planning and organizing production schedules, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled correctly and on time and maintaining workflow with staff. Experience in using ERP/MRP software and Microsoft Office is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
 Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules, ensure optimal resource allocation, and manage production workflows to meet production targets and deadlines.
 Team Management: Supervise and mentor production staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance. Foster a positive work environment and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
 Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements, implement best practices, and lead initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
 Quality Control: Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
 Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and manage stock levels to avoid shortages or excess.
 Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Promote a culture of safety within the production team and conduct regular safety training and inspections.
 Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze production reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights and recommendations for operational improvements to senior management.
 Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth production processes and address any cross-functional issues.

Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field is preferred.
* Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
* Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
* Commitment to quality and safety standards.
