Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team in a precision manufacturing role. This position involves the setup, operation, and maintenance of machines to perform various tasks within a production facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines, including setup and adjustment for various materials
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Monitor machine operation, making adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during machine operation
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
• Document production activities and maintain records

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with CNC machinery and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
• Attention to detail and quality
